New Moon Gong Wash & Meditation — October 10

Join Jamie and Aaron for an intimate New Moon Gong Wash & Meditation at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation before settling into a full hour-long gong wash created entirely through the powerful vibrations of the gong. Afterward, we’ll gently return, ground together, and enjoy a warm cup of tea.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to lie comfortably on the floor. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
